To launch Imran Khan’s debut album within the Asian Music sphere. Having released a global hit Imran remained silent for 2 years after which we had the task of building his profile with tastemaker journalists nationwide.
THE RESULT
Working with a strong radio promotion team, we developed the print and digital media buzz around Imran’s new single and album ‘Unforgettable’. The single and album marked a new era in the Asian music industry with Imran introducing a Desi-house sub-genre. He was nominated for an incredible 4 UK Asian Music Awards and walking away with ‘Best Desi Act’. Won the Anokhi Magazine ‘Male Music Artist of the Year’ and had the biggest selling album of 2010.
